We will be opening a store at the ORA (Osaka Restaurant Industry Association) Dining Pavilion "UTAGE" at the Osaka-Kansai Expo from Monday, July 21st (national holiday) to Sunday, July 27th, 2025.
To allow visitors to taste fugu, a representative food culture of Osaka, the restaurant will offer the "Tiger Fugu Rice," a bento box featuring the restaurant's popular fried and grilled fugu, available exclusively at the Expo (limited to 50 servings per day), as well as the beautifully presented "Thinly sliced tiger fugu (tessa)" and "Rich collagen juice" extracted from fugu skin.
We hope to liven up the Osaka-Kansai Expo by showing our gratitude to visitors from Japan and around the world for the fugu that is raised in Osaka, and by allowing them to experience fugu cuisine at "Osaka prices" that make it more accessible. If you have the opportunity, please come and visit us.
